1. Prior to visiting, you must register your friend here.
   
2. New resident must qualify and sign a minimum 12-month lease.
3. You will receive a referral award within 30 days after your referral moves in.
4. Current resident (you), must be current on rent payments and in good standing.
5. New tenant must provide us your name.
   

One name/award eligible per new tenant.
